These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Global MedOps Command LLC ("EM-Sim," "we," "us," or "our"), and govern your access to and use of the EM-Sim emergency medicine training platform, including our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. The Platform is intended for medical professionals, medical students, and healthcare trainees.
We offer several subscription tiers with different features and pricing. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
EM-Sim is designed solely for educational and training purposes. The Platform provides simulated clinical scenarios to help healthcare professionals develop and refine their decision-making skills.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EM-Sim regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements.
